The Museum of Nevis History and Alexander Hamilton exhibition are located in Charlestown, Nevis, with entrances on Main Street and Samuel Hunkins Drive.
The Nevis Island Archives and new Nevis Maritime Museum are located at our Bellevue site just south of Charlestown near the historic Bath Hotel.
Admission fees go towards the maintenance of our museums, as well support our activities to safeguard Nevis' cultural and natural heritage.

Where are the NHCS and its museums located?Our offices are located inside the Museum of Nevis History, accessible via gates on Main Street and Samuel Hunkins Drive – just a 5 minute stroll north from the Charlestown ferry pier.

What are the Museum admission fees?Non-residents/visitors pay EC$27 (or US$10), which gives them access to both buildings (Museum of Nevis History and the Alexander Hamilton exhibition in Trott House) and the museum grounds. The Gift Shop in Trott House is free to browse! The admission fee does not include the new Nevis Maritime Museum.

How do I become a Member?Become a Member and support our activities to safeguard Nevis' cultural and natural heritage! Follow the link on the signup page to our PayPal page for easy payment of annual dues. If you don't have a PayPal account, please contact us and we will send an invoice for payment by credit or debit card.

I would like to contact or use the Archives ?We charge a non-refundable Research fee of US$ 40 (EC$108). Members may access the Archives free of charge. All Archives enquiries may be addressed to: archives@nevisheritage.org

the Nevis Tourism Authority. You can also download the SKN Transit app for up-to-date ferry times between St. Kitts and Nevis. If your cruise ship docks off Nevis, our museums are a short stroll north from the Charlestown pier!
